Riga: Latvia's capital
As stated in the intro page, Eva R. was internationally adopted from Latvia. It is a small Baltic country left of Russia. Its Baltic sisters are Estonia to the north and Lithuania to the south.
Eva was adopted through the Baltic Family Blessings agency in 1993-1994.
